Step 3: Trouble Shooting

If your handset freezes for whatever reason and displays the 'Phone Freeze' or 'Return for Service' message then you will need to use the unfreeze code that was issued with your unlock codes.

Below you will see a list of instructions for entering the unfreeze code into different models of Samsung handsets.

Choose the handset instructions closest to your own model if it is not directly available. (i.e. if you have a Samsung i900, consider using the Samsung F480 unfreeze instructions).

NB: Unfreeze instructions are given as an added bonus to your unlock service. This is not the service you purchased and therefore it is provided free of charge.

Reasons for "Phone Freeze"

1. Inputting the unfreeze code rather than the unlock code into your handset.

Troubleshooting:

Error Message: "The SIM Lock has NOT been removed from this phone"

Solution 1: Please make sure you are entering the correct code and enter it using this method *#*#CODE# dial

Solution 2: If the phone says that the SIM lock has not been removed, ensure that the phone radio (wireless mode) is on.

This varies depending on the solution. Typically you need to provide the model, the 15 digit IMEI number of the phone and the country / network it is locked to. 1. Turn off cell phone - put in a not allowed SIM card.

2. Turn on cell phone - phone asks for network unlock pin (referring to the unlock code).

3. Enter pin number once (at this point there is no error)

4. Phone states SOS only calls - when you try to make a regular call it will ask for the network unlock pin again. At this point no matter how many times you put in the pin. It will state incorrect pin message.

5. Reboot phone with the same not allowed SIM card.

6. After reboot, it's unlocked and never asked for the network unlock pin again.

When we unlock an Imei and you think, it’s not unlocked or code is not working. Then this verify option comes into play. Just click on verify option (Make Veido Proof of Code Not Working and Upload in Youtube us Provide Us link or Need gsx report for Iphone verify imei) . Please note that you can do it within 5 days since the code was replied as after 5 days we’ll not be able to verify imei from source. So, its mandatory that must use verify option within 5 days since your order was completed.

Insert disallowed simcard (a simcard that the phone does not usaully accept) and enter unlock codes when prompted

NOTE: If you are unable to connect to service provider or unable to make out going calls or recieve messages, this has nothing to do with your phone being locked or not, you need to force the BlackJack to change to GSM mode, this can be done as follows:

3. Select option 5 Network Mode

4. Select GSM
